This page is the result of my interaction with friends and family, and, advocates for Gender Equality in the IT Sector and in society generally over an extended period. But, its sometimes easy to forget that one has been surrounded by the pioneers of the ‘equal wages for women’ movement and the Women’s Lib Movement since childhood. Wether it has had the right impact on the author will be a matter for debate amongst my friends and acquaintances.
This page will evolve slowly, as things rise and fall in public debate. Some of the views will, I am sure, be contentious.
Oh, I have to acknowledge that this is an area that is outside my normal academic “domains”, however, it is sufficiently important for me to start this page.
