Workshop on Big Data Analytics and Management 2014 (WBDAM 2014)
In conjunction with The 14th International Conference on Computational Science and Its Applications
(ICCSA 2014)
The tremendous possibilities offered by data analytics and the increasing complexity of data stores have driven the new era of Big Data. At this stage, there are many issues that still need to be addressed in this area. This workshop invites contributions from researchers in areas relevant to Big Data management, analysis,and applications.
The topics in this workshop includes the following but not limited to:
- Big Data Analytics
- Big Data Integration Techniques
- Big Data in the Cloud
- Big Data Multi-disciplinary applications
- Big Data Warehousing and Intelligent Mining
- Big Data Migration, Processing, and Optimization
- Big Data Scalable Model
- Big Data Collaborative Management
- Big Data for Collaborative Decision Support Systems
Selected papers from this workshop will be published in a Special Issue of International Journal of Data Warehouse and Data Mining (ISI/SCI Indexed)
The proceedings of the WBDAM 2014 Workshop will appear in the Springer-Verlag Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series

Submission
To submit a paper, please connect to the Submission site from the link available at the ICCSA 2014. Only papers submitted through the electronic system and strictly adhering to the relevant format will be considered for reviewing and publication.
The paper must deal with original and unpublished work, not submitted for publication elsewhere. All submissions will be reviewed by at least three experts in the relevant field.
The submitted paper must be camera-ready, between 10 and 16 pages long and formatted according to the LNCS rules. Please consult the formatting information and templates.
Please pay attention, when submitting your contribution to select the right entry Workshop on Big Data Analytics and Management 2014 in the listbox shown in the submission form.
Registration
Registration in 2014 International Conference on Computational Science and its Applications (ICCSA 2014) is compulsory for at least one of the authors of the accepted papers.
