journal or a conference with proceedings. Papers submitted to this workshop will undergo a peer-review process.
Accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings to be published by IEEE Computer Society.
Selected papers will be invited to be extended for a publication
in a UWSI 2007 special issue of the following journals:
